About Kiper Farms and Cottonland Gun Club
Louisiana State Helice Report

About Us
Owned and Operated by Glynn and Mendy Kiper

Kiper Farms consists of 6,240 acres (4,500 owned and 1,740 leased) in the following parishes: Bienville, Bossier, Caldwell, Franklin, Jackson, Morehouse, Ouachita, and Richland. Half of this acreage is planted in row crops such as cotton, corn, milo, rice, and soybeans. The other half is divided between well managed pine plantations and hardwood bottoms.

Kiper Farms offers some of the best deer, dove, duck and goose hunting in Northeast Louisiana. All timber property is leased for deer hunting. We also plant small sunflower fields for managed dove hunts. Eight large pit blinds, located in rice/soybean fields are leased for duck hunting.

Construction on Cottonland Skeet, Trap and Helice Club located in Franklin Parish began in 2012. Glynn and Mendy wanted to provide a well built, well managed, but welcoming experience for shooters. The Club's amenities include a comfortable well-furnished club house, a large party room with covered outdoor area (where some great meals and snacks are served), five RV lots with water and electric (30 & 50 amp) hookups and a dump station on-site.

Cottonland has two Skeet-Trap overlay fields, and three Helice/Flyer Rings. Skeet-Trap field 1 is lighted for evening shooting. We also offer a Five Stand Venue. The club host registered Skeet and Trap Shoots, along with sanctioned Helice events and Flyer shoots.
